Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree (preferable Marketing)
  • Experience at least 3 years in Insurance Tech as Channel Manager, Fintech Bisdev (or above)

Responsibilities :

  • Monitoring, coaching & empowering sales
  • Perform analysis to develop new markets and potential clients
  • Developing monthly sales activity reports
  • Responsible for market and potential customer analysis to increase revenue
  • Provide excellent service to existing and ongoing processed customers 

Requirement :

  • Age Maximum 45 Years old

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PRODUCT & MARCOM SUPERVISOR – PT Asuransi Kresna Mitra Tbk

Role & Responsibilities :

 

•   Develops and implements a communications strategy for the corporation that builds and maintains a positive corporate brand.

•   Oversees corporate communications and branding in various online and print platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and industry magazines.

•   Oversees the development and maintenance of the corporate website including methods to deliver message, ease of navigation, and clarity of information; ensures that all content is current and relevant.

•   Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the brand, and coordinate publicity events as required.

•   Provides consistent and timely information to employees through various communications programs and event.

•   Acts as corporate spokesperson and responds to members of the media in a timely manner; composes and distributes press releases as needed.

•   Develops and maintains positive professional relationships with various members of the media.

•   Assists executive leadership in developing presentations, speeches, and other important corporate messages.

•   Coordinate with Corporate Secretary to provides suggestions concerning graphics, clarity, distribution, and press releases to Finance and Accounting departments for preparation of the corporations corporate news / info.

•   Develops, implements, and adheres to communications budget.

•   Performs other related duties as assigned (awarding, csr activity, sponsorship and other activity to build corporate brand and awareness).

ACCOUNTING MANAGER – PT Asuransi Kresna Mitra Tbk

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Manager specialized in Finance - General / Cost Accounting or equivalent
  • Willing to be located at Head Office : Sunter-North Jakarta 

Role and Responsibilities :

  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with PSAK and other regulation (OJK)
  • Responsible for monthly and annual tax obligations
  • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
  • Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information
  • Monitoring day-to-day accounting activities. Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
  • Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Responsible for reinsurance receivable and payable
  • Work with the FA Sr. Mgr. to ensure a clean and timely year end audit
  • Supports budget and forecasting activities
  • Support FA Sr. Mgr. with special projects and workflow process improvements
  • Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department
  • Provide training to new and existing staff as needed

UNDERWRITING MARINE CARGO STAFF – PT Asuransi Kresna Mitra Tbk

Responsibilities :

  • Memeriksa dan meneliti SPPA atau data-data pertanggungan polis yang akan diterbitkan, termasuk terms & conditions sesuai pedoman Underwriting
  • Melakukan Update E- log terhadap SPPA / data pertanggungan polis yang akan di-input
  • Input data SPPA / data pertanggunan polis (Direct Business dan Co-Insurance) beserta lampiran-lampirannya sesuai pedoman underwriting
  • Khusus untuk staff yang juga handle polis-polis Cabang termasuk memeriksa dan meneliti data polis (hasil input cabang) diatas limit authority cabang dan mengajukan ke atasan untuk di inforce oleh infocer
  • Mencetak draft polis yang telah di input dan mengajukan ke atasan untuk di check atau direview sebelum di inforce oleh infocer (Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager/General Manager) sesuai limit dan authoritynya
  • Mencetak polis yang sudah di inforce untuk ditandatangani oleh pimpinan yang berwenang (sesuai kebijakan perusahaan) dan di materai, di packing kemudian di serahkan ke Marketing Support/Marketing (hanya print Nota jika koas member)
  • Khusus untuk Staff yang juga handle penerbitan/print Renewable Listing & Renewal Notice; termasuk mencetak/print renewal notice yang telah di review oleh atasan untuk diserahkan ke Marketing/Marketing Support
  • Melakukan Up-date E- log polis-polis yang sudah diterbitkan.
  • Melaksanakan tertib administrasi dan filling dokumen sesuai dengan system yang digariskan perusahaan

  • Pengalaman bagian Underwriting Marine Cargo (Asuransi Umum) min. 1 tahun
  • Pendidikan S1
  • Menguasai aplikasi Microsof Office, CGISS
  • Penempatan di Sunter, Jakarta Utara
